About HaulBench

HaulBench builds tools and data pages for owner-operators, small fleets and the brokers and dispatchers who work with them. Everything on the site is generated from primary sources, mostly federal and state datasets, and is rebuilt automatically when the underlying data changes.

How pages are made

A pipeline downloads each source on a schedule, compares it with the previous copy row by row, and rebuilds only the pages whose data changed. Each page states its sources and shows the date of the last real change, not the date the page was regenerated. Calculators run in your browser and do not send your inputs anywhere.

Who runs it

HaulBench is an independent publication operated by the site operator. It is not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT, IFTA Inc., or any state agency. Carrier records are published on the companion site USDOT Index.

Corrections

If a number is wrong, tell us via the contact page with the page URL and the source you believe is correct. Data errors that originate at the source (for example an MCS-150 filing) have to be fixed with the agency; we reload sources daily or monthly depending on the dataset.
